Jacob is an Analyst at Obra Real Estate, where he is responsible for underwriting and closing new transactions nationwide. Prior to joining Obra in 2024, he worked in portfolio management at Pangea Mortgage Capital. Jacob graduated from Indiana University in 2023, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business.
