Madeleine is an Analyst at Obra Real Estate, where she focuses on asset performance and strategic planning to optimize investment returns. Before joining Obra in 2025, she was a summer analyst at EQT Exeter and a research assistant at Notre Dame’s Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate. Madeleine graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2025 as an Evans Scholar with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Real Estate, Business Economics, and Theology.
